The opportunity was to make the program’s identity tangible throughout the facility. For recruits, that means helping them picture their future. Our Approach
The Power of WE connects a program’s story with the spaces where people experience it. Throughout the Louisville environment, bold branding, historical imagery, memorabilia displays, and gathering areas bring past achievements and future possibilities into the same setting.
Radical Intentionality gives those details purpose. A prominent Louisville “L” establishes identity at reception. Display cases and historical graphics recognize the people and accomplishments behind the program. Lounge and meeting spaces carry that identity into places for conversation, connection, and shared experiences.
A theater-style team room extends the Cardinals presence through large-scale graphics, coordinated colors, and architectural details. Across these different settings, a consistent visual story connects the facility.
