Immediate Opening: Skilled Carpenter / Exhibit & Display Fabricator

We’re looking for a skilled carpenter, cabinet maker, or fabricator to join our production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in the details, and like solving challenges alongside a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you.

The opportunity

You’ll work primarily in our Phoenixville production facility, turning design concepts into finished environments using wood, laminates, metal, acrylic, and other materials. No two projects are exactly alike, so there’s always an opportunity to apply your skills and learn something new.

Occasional travel may be required to support installations.

What you’ll do

• Build and assemble custom exhibits, permanent displays, and branded environments.

• Read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and shop tickets.

• Safely operate woodworking tools and machinery.

• Complete finishing work that produces polished, client-ready results.

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow fabricators to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

• Repair, refurbish, and modify existing display components.

• Support installations and teardown as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years of experience in carpentry, cabinet making, fabrication, or millwork.

• Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

• The ability to read technical drawings and work with precision.

• Pride in your craftsmanship, strong attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving.

• Clear communication, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn.

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability for occasional travel.

Finishing, laminating, CNC, and low-voltage experience are helpful. Training is available for the right person who is committed to growing with our team.

The role involves standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday; working on ladders and lifts; and lifting, pushing, or moving materials up to 75 pounds.
