Immediate Opening — Warehouse, Shipping & Installation Assistant

At Steel City Displays, we bring brands to life through trade show exhibits, permanent displays, and experiential environments built with craftsmanship, creativity, and care.

We’re looking for a Warehouse, Shipping & Installation Assistant to support the preparation, shipping, installation, and return of exhibits and branded environments. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, traveling, and being part of bringing great work into the real world.

This role offers exposure to trade show logistics, exhibit systems, fabrication processes, and installation management with opportunities to grow within operations and production as we grow.

About the Role

As part of our operations team, you’ll help move projects from the warehouse to the show floor, supporting logistics, exhibit prep, installations, dismantles, and inventory management. You’ll work alongside project managers, fabricators, and warehouse leadership to help ensure projects are delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory control, exhibit prep, and material staging

• Support shipping and receiving, freight coordination, and material handling

• Help prepare, pack, and transport exhibits and branded environments

• Assist with trade show installation and dismantle (I&D) at client sites and event venues

• Support system assembly, graphics application, and exhibit setup

• Travel as needed to support on-site installations and dismantles

• Work collaboratively across warehouse, production, and project management teams

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organized, dependable, and mechanically inclined

• Comfortable in a hands-on, active work environment

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills

• Professional and respectful with teammates, vendors, and clients

• Interested in learning and growing within the experiential and exhibit industry

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, exhibits, events, construction, or related environments is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Compensation: $23–27/hour, based on experience
